Our clients are important.  Unlike other landscape companies we are a landscape resource. This means we are local experts who gladly give advice, comments and recommendations to enhance the quality of your landscape.

Every client we visit will get a hand written note with observations every visit.  If there are toys left in the yard we will pick them up before we do the application.  If there is a hose left out we will neatly roll it up and set it aside.  If we notice a problem, whether it has to do with your landscape or not, we will let you know, for example if you have bee hives, a loose gate latch or kittens under your deck (yes, that really did happen and the kittens are fine) .

When you request a free lawn evaluation we physically come to your property and do a thorough evaluation of your landscape and recommend the right program to meet  your landscape goals. When you call the office you get a live person who is glad to answer your questions and provide exceptional service.

At Tuff Turf we do not sell contracts.  We believe the quality of our service is enough to retain your business. Also, our employees do not work on commission so we will never try to push additional services you don’t request or need. Without the pressure of commissions, our employees don’t have overloaded routes.  They will never rush through your landscape as fast as possible just to meet their quota.  We actually take our time to observe, check and communicate what we see.

We encourage your questions about any aspect of your landscape.  We have tree & shrub experts on staff and we network with other local experts on all aspects of landscaping so, on the off chance we don’t know the answer, we will find out and communicate it to you in a timely manner, we guarantee it.
