Our Team
J. SCOTT FOSTER ~ Owner & President
Scott is very much a hands-on owner. He is in the office overseeing every aspect of the company's success. Scott is usually the first person in and the last person to leave every day. Occasionally, he ‘escapes' the office to visit his customer's property to ensure his team is providing superior service. Scott greatly enjoys being in the field and providing quality control for Tuff Turf clients. Scott's hobbies include being outdoors, racquetball, hunting, fishing, reading, jet skiing and barbequing with his friends and family.
SCOTT “DRIX” ~ Arborist/Field Supervisor
Drix is our most experienced employee, with over 25 years in the company. He divides his time between estimating, working on special projects, industrial applications, providing customer service, and filling in wherever needed. If Tuff Turf offers the service, Drix knows how to do it. He takes special pride in establishing professional relationships with out clients and keeping up to date with the ever-changing Green Industry. His hobbies include kayaking, fishing, hiking, camping, mountain biking and golf.
JIM ~ Arborist | Plant Health Care Specialist
Jim manages the majority of the tree & shrub accounts providing insight, observations and advice. His favorite service is pruning as he gets tremendous satisfaction from doing superior work. Many of our clients retain his service on a regular basis and ask for him by name. Jim's hobbies include gardening, woodworking, hunting, fishing, and hiking. He is also a reptile enthusiast.
CASEY~ Lawn Care | Vegetation Specialist
Casey is our senior technician and "go to guy" around the shop. When not in the field, you can usually find him with a wrench in his hand, keeping our equipment running at top efficiency. He is focused on providing our clients with expert advise and superior service. Casey enjoys hunting, target shooting, fishing, horseback riding, and spending time with his family in his spare time.
Jessica ~ Office Administrator
Jessica has been with us for two years. She is the "voice" of Tuff Turf to most of our clients via email, text, and phone. Jessica is a licensed applicator in the state of Washington, and enjoys learning as much as she can about the services we provide our clients. Jessica's hobbies include horseback riding, camping, and spending time with her kids.
