The Aphids are Here

Spring is here, and as the trees begin to put on their leaves, we start to see early aphid activity in large trees such as birch and oak. These small pests cause problems not only for the health of your trees but also by producing that nasty, sticky honeydew that drips onto cars, sidewalks, patios, outdoor furniture, and anything else that may be under the infested tree(s).
This honeydew is not only sticky and unsightly; it can damage paint on cars, cause sooty mold on other plants it gets on, and attract both ants and predatory bees that can pose a hazard to people and pets.
So what's to be done? With one insecticide soil injection or drench, we can provide season-long control of these pests.
